affect the market too greatly, as their
investigations were targeted at Hope
Group and Fongroup. However, things
were different when they turned to the
rubber industry, an industry that Atticus
Group dominated. While the Harbor City
government conducted thorough
investigations into Atticus Group’s illegal activities, they also brought to light prior restrictions on entering the rubber industry.
Countless people sensed a conspiracy behind the Harbor City government’s tough attitude.
Just then, Wendy made an appearance at Spencer Boyle’s home.
